The client for this home wanted an easy to maintain flooring option, that had natural wooden tones to match their current decor and was highly durable for a busy household. The product chosen was Polyflor Affinity Vinyl Planks and the colour chosen was Dappled Oak.

The concrete flooring was in great condition for the loose lay glue down luxury vinyl planks so there was minimal prep with just a flood coat needed. The whole installation was done in under a day and can be walked on and furniture moved into immediately, meaning minimal downtime from daily living.
