Genevieve in reception was super easy to chat to and put me in touch with the appropriate team members, from there it was a succession of great people working towards our goal.

Carpet, blinds, block out and sheer curtains were expertly installed in our home - nothing was overlooked and each team member has been incredibly helpful. We reached out to them a second time to do floor coverings for our office space and once again had the same exceptional service. Marco is super helpful, patient and considerate. He was meticulous and approachable and always attended to our every request with genuine enthusiasm. Their contractors Aaron (carpet) and Mick (blinds) were unbelievably prompt, tidy and courteous. They thought about the best outcome for our job with a professional attitude and with educated expertise. Their cleanliness and onsite consideration was of the highest standard and they are truly a vital part of this great local business !!

In case you're reading this thinking we just had a super easy smooth job, It's important to note that we did have a hiccup, it happens. This was met with accountability and rectified as soon as was possible with all consideration to us and has kept us as a customer about to go back for a 3rd time for the next stage of our renovation. A higher rating we couldn't give - well done and thank you !

Its a fantastic experience to visit their showroom. Most Coverings Showrooms look like they have come from the mid century and are typically bleak and unimaginative.

The products displayed are very appealing. Systems are app driven and sleek. Messaging and a smooth process is top class.

From the initial contact in the showroom to the installers its been professional and great customer service. I ordered engineered flooring which was seamless and then followed up with blinds, curtains & security screens, they even repaired a few screens for me along the way. I like how they had it all, thanks guys it was an absolute pleasure and highly recommend.

Being new to the area I had to take a leap of faith and it was rewarded ten-fold. First project was replacement blinds, a shutter and new carpet. Next project…refreshing the living room curtains and adding sheers to the bedrooms. I will definitely be a return customer. Fabulous service, expert problem solving and all-round great people who I felt very comfortable having in my home.
